This archive is as complete as the community has made it so far, and no more. Whole sites, videos, records and memories are still missing, and some of the people who made them are the only ones who have what is gone. If you played Derby Owners Club, ran a cabinet, kept a binder of cards, or saved a page before it disappeared, you can add to the record.
Anything below moves the work forward. You do not need much: a single old card, one clear photo, or a memory of a room full of cabinets is worth keeping.
Career data on a real machine sits in battery-backed RAM. Nearly every dump we have is close to factory. One save off a genuinely played cabinet could be what finally cracks the race formula, the one part of the game still not solved.
Old horses live on magnetic stripe cards that are decades past their rated life. A .raw scan (an MSR reader will do it) preserves a horse before the stripe dies. Even one card is worth it.
Fan-site pages, handbooks, spreadsheets, screenshots, flyers, cabinet photos, and above all gameplay video. If it is yours, we host it with your permission and credit you, or we just record that it existed.
Who ran which venue, what a machine felt like, who the handles on the record boards were. And if we got something wrong, tell us: this record improves every time someone who was there reads it.
Regional or test builds not yet preserved (the export Rev T, DOC 2000 non-Ver.2, and others). If you have access to a board or a dump, get in touch.
You do not have to hold the thing yourself. A dead link worth another try, a person worth asking, a forum thread we missed, all of it helps.
The gaps we would most like to close, named plainly. If any of this rings a bell, that is the email to send.
The archive's three wings each end with their own "still missing" list, if you want the full picture of what is gone.
Two ways in. Email is best for files, tips, and corrections; the Discord is where the living community is.
We host other people's work only with permission, and we credit you by name or by the handle you choose. If you would rather we record that something existed without publishing it, that is fine too. You keep the rights to your own material; ask us to take anything down and we will.
This project hosts no game files. We do not host, sell, or trade ROMs or copies of the game, and we are not a marketplace. Preservation and documentation only.
